The ‘Bob Marley’s One Love’ experience is universal in appeal, engaging, fun, inclusive, and, most importantly, creative.

A flaming pimento wood grill, at the heart of the show kitchen and the menu, is a signature feature of ‘Bob Marley’s One Love’. The pimento wood grill is a traditional and authentic cooking method synonymous with Jamaica. The pimento grill gives a unique smoky flavor to Jamaican, Caribbean, and international classics. This includes dishes such as the famous jerk chicken, and sticky roast pineapple. The vegetarian and Ital menus will also bring to life the tastes and aromas that Bob would have recognized and loved, such as vital rundown, fried plantains.

The sound lounge will be a big feature of the restaurant, featuring local artists and live performance feeds. As we celebrate the music, we want everyone to dance and feel free. An exciting retail store featuring products designed by artists as a celebration of Bob Marley’s creativity and Jamaica. Design themes such as a journey around Jamaica and iconic fashion pieces that are recognized as simply Bob.
